Basic Medieval Gold-Work Embroidery

This workshop is a one day class exploring the goldwork embroidery techniques used from the Anglo-Saxon era of St Cuthbert right through until the golden age of opus Anglicanum. You will produce a compact lozenge shaped sampler which can be converted into a beautiful piece of jewelry.
